Onshore

The five oil fields currently in production are relatively mature and consist of reservoirs that have already produced almost two thirds of their initial reserves, and marginal fields whose further exploitation requires significant technical know-how. Their reserves are estimated every year by an independent auditor.

Perenco has a solid track record of maximizing the value of maturing fields, as proven not only in Central Africa, but also in the Middle-East, the North Sea and South America; the fields of the DRC are no exception.
